Old Blog Pictures

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. I hope you are all having a wonderful day and looking forward to the weekend ahead. Today I have a different post for you all. I was recently scrolling through all the photos on my laptop and came across a folder full of my old blog pictures. If you didn't know already I actually started a blog back in 2015 and loved creating fashion, beauty and lifestyle content. I loved my blog but it wasn't really a popular thing back then. Not like it is now anyway so I started to fall out of love with it as my post weren't getting any views so I decided to stop. Then about a year later I got embarrassed by my old content so delete my entire blog (I really regret doing that now!) so lost a lot of the pictures I took. However, some were saved onto my laptop and now 3 years on I find it amazing how much my style has changed so thought it would be a great way to look back at my 16 year old self. I hope you enjoy looking at old pictures of me and my blog content. Enjoy...

So that's all the photos I have of the mini me from my old blog. I hope you enjoyed seeing the cute and cringy photos of the 16 year old me. As you can tell the photo quality of these pictures isn't the best but no one really worried about it back then. These must have been taken on my little iPhone 4. It just shows how far technology has come and also how fashion has changed. Sometimes I wish I could get away with wearing some of these clothes as I still love them but they just aren't in fashion anymore! Anyway, I hope you enjoyed this post and don't forget you can head back to my blog every Wednesday to see more fashion styling posts from me. You can also head back every Friday to read about different fashion topics. I hope you enjoy the rest of your day and I look forward to seeing you back here again soon...

Holiday Packing List

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. I hope you are all doing well and having a great week so far. As we are having a heat wave in England right now and it's coming up to holiday peak season I thought I would bring you a little post talking about what I like to pack for my summer holidays. Whether you are going on holiday soon or have already been you can always come back to this blog post whenever you need it. As I am jetting off to Morocco in July I thought I would do this post to help me feel a bit more organised and to help any of you guys that need it.

A few weeks before I am heading off on my holidays I like to make a little checklist of everything I want to take on holiday we me. From clothes to floss, write it all down. This is also the time I take a look at all my summer clothing and plan out my outfits for the week including bags, shoes and accessories. A little top tip I have is to pair the same things with different outfits to save on space and weight. For instant take one pair of shoes for the day and one for the evening and pair them with all your outfits. Maybe take one of each bag too and wear the same makeup and jewellery for each outfit. This is also a great time to write a shopping list of all the things you need to buy e.g. mini toiletries, bikinis, summer clothing etc. So with all that said here is my summer holiday packing list. I hope it helps...

Get the Look: Audrey Hepburn

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog. I hope you are all doing well and having a great week so far. Today I am back with another 'Get the Look' post and it's all about one of the most influential women in the world... Audrey Hepburn. I am such a big fan of Audrey and the films she was in so thought it was only right to give her a shout out on my blog. She really was one of the most influential actors, especially in terms of fashion. People would often look to Audrey's onscreen fashion as inspiration for their own wardrobes. You really does have some classic styles so with all that said I think it's time I give you some Audrey Hepburn outfit inspiration. I hope you enjoy...

Look 1: Breakfast at Tiffany's
The first look I have chosen is one of Audrey Hepburn's most iconic looks. If you asked anyone to name an Audrey Hepburn film I guarantee the first one they think of is Breakfast at Tiffany's. Being one of my all time favourite films I had to make this the first look. This look was the one she wore during the opening scene where she is walking around New York and stops to look in the Tiffany shop window. This is one of my favourite looks from the film and it's so easy to recreate...

Look 2: Roman Holiday
The second look I have chosen for you couldn't be any diffident to the first. This look is from the Roman Holiday and it's Audrey's school outfit. It's also the outfit she runs away in to explore Rome before heading back to her duties as the Princess. I love how simple this look is and how it gives her an amazing figure...

Look 3: Sabrina
The third look I have chosen is another simple look. This look was worn by the younger Audrey which is why it isn't as glamourous as the first. In the film she plays a girl named Sabrina who is the daughter of a chauffer. I love how she has layered a polka dot dress over a simple black top to create this simple look. This one is a look you could wear everyday yourself if you wanted knowing that you got the inspiration from an amazing women...

Amazon - £13.99

Look 4: Paris when it Sizzles
The last look I chose for you is one of Audrey's outfits in Paris when it Sizzles. This film is about a man writing a book and Audrey is his writer. She stays with him and helps write the book. This film shows the thought process so this is one of the looks from an idea they have. I love how bright and colourful the dress is and how summery it looks. This outfit is a great look to recreate for your own everyday wardrobe. It would also be great on a summer holiday by the beach...
